Peter A. Sokoloff
Pete Sokoloff is Senior Managing Director of Peter A. Sokoloff & Co. Pete Sokoloff’s investment banking career spans more than 25 years. Before founding Peter A. Sokoloff & Co. with his wife and partner Annie in 1997, he was co-founder, Executive Vice President and COO of the investment banking firm, Cable Investments, Inc. During a ten-year period, Mr. Sokoloff successfully led the firm and its 22 employees through the completion of over $1 billion of debt, equity, acquisition and merger transactions.
Annie Sokoloff
Annie Sokoloff is a Partner in the firm. A degree in Political Science from King's College in Pennsylvania landed her a position with the American Stock Exchange (AMEX) where she wrote copy for Dow Jones and Reuters Newspapers analyzing the market, and later held a career in training traders when AMEX was approved for options trading. From there she then went on to own her own business in the travel sector before co-founding Sokoloff & Co. with her husband Pete in 1997. Annie was instrumental in establishing the backbone of the company by laying a solid foundation of strong organization which continues to support the success of the firm.
Bernie Walko
Bernie Walko is Managing Director. He has over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and management, plus ten years in the Marine Corps Reserve. Bernie joined Peter A. Sokoloff & Co. in 2001 in a position where he was responsible for developing new business and building strong relationships. Over the years he has been to many, the face of the company and their first impression. His has been the friendly, confident voice of the firm whose talents lie in communication and understanding exactly what the client needs. Currently, Mr. Walko is responsible for leading various transactions the firm undertakes.

Mark Schwartz
Mark Schwartz is Managing Director, New Business Development. Mark joined Peter A. Sokoloff & Co. after a successful 17 year stint as a management consultant, educator and senior executive of a network of business colleges. Specializing in business ethics and morals, communication, management and organization, his career includes having consulted, coached and trained heads of state and CEO's of corporations large and small. Mark is responsible for developing, encouraging and maintaining relationships with the thousands of businesses and executives who rely on Sokoloff & Co. to provide expert information, honest and confidential advice and successful transactions.

Clarissa Jacobson
Clarissa Jacobson is Director of Research and Administration. She is a graduate of Indiana University and the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City. A double major in theatre and telecommunications, Clarissa brings a diverse set of skills to the company with strength in writing, communication, and research. She has penned scripts, produced plays, and performed in numerous vehicles which have given her a wide array of experience in the entertainment industry as well as the ability to take on new challenges. Clarissa researches industries and companies and produces the firm's quarterly newsletters, which serve as a key source of information within the industries Sokoloff & Co. serves.
